Own the day to day running of our virtual storefronts, from product listings and pricing through to paid acquisition, fulfilment coordination, customer support standards and retention through email marketing.
- Manage virtual storefronts, product catalogues, pricing and merchandising
- Work with paid media and creative to drive profitable customer acquisition
- Coordinate sourcing, suppliers and fulfilment partners to protect delivery times
- Own email marketing flows, campaigns and returning customer performance
- Track store performance and report on revenue, margin and retention
